Tammy is an experienced  master's prepared registered nurse/healthcare business owner with a 20-year combined history of working in the healthcare industry as a CNA, LPN, and RN with 14 years served as a nurse. She has a background in acute care, skilled nursing, home health,nursing education, critical care, healthcare management, and clinical research, along with strong entrepreneur skills. 
Born in Richmond, Virginia, she relocated to Georgia in 2015 with dreams of owning her own home health business. In 2016, she established Professional Nursing Associates of Georgia was born and has grown to produce over a million dollars in revenue as of 2023.
